1 Introduction

1.1 Temporary Danger Area established in connection with rocket launch from Scotland

HyImpulse is planning to launch its sub orbital launch vehicle from SaxaVord Spaceport (Shetland, United Kingdom).
Temporary Danger Area will be established within BIRD CTA from the 5th to the 18th of October 2026. Daily launch window is 0700–1200 UTC.

BID71 is part of a set of Temporary Danger Areas within the EGPX and ENOR FIR

Please refer to AIP publications from UK and Norway for information regarding potential related activity on EGPX and ENOR FIR.
