1 Introduction

Due to drone activity within FAXI TMA, a temporary prohibited area BIP52 is published between 1 st of April and 15 th of May. 
While the prohibited area BIP52 is active, the approach procedures RNP RWY 01 and RNP RWY 31 for Reykjavik airport will be out of service. 
The Prohibited area will be activated and the withdrawal of the approach procedures will be published by NOTAM with one day’s notice. 
 BIP52 is depicted on a map below.
